His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon will arrive in the US on July 18th

We will let you know if we are able to have traditional Welcome Ceremony on JULY 18th

at DKC to recieve His Holinesses' blessings and offer His Holiness this beautiful offering.

It has been 10 years since His Holiness was at DKC and we are exicited to receive him.

Stay tuned as we are still waiting for flight details if it is not too late in the evening.

Also, we will celebrate His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday on July 4th, along with

HH Drikung Kyabgon's birthday also -- please join us if you can. Check the calendar for time.

Registration Now Open - Gyalwa Drikungpa comes for Monastery inauguration

We are pleased to announce that Gyalwa Drikungpa, His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang, will be coming to inaugrate the new monastery and to give his blessings and teachings September 24-26. Scheduled program includes Empowerments and teachings of Chakrasamvara and Vajrayogini; and transmission of the Great Drikung Phowa.

Reigstration is now open! Please see Special Events for more details regarding how to make reservations for the teachings, to find out more about the detailed program descriptions. Nearby accomodations will be updated soon under FAQ. Also, see updates under downloads.

Saturday, November 5

7:30 p.m. - Ngakpa Wangdu will lead teaching and meditation

Saturday, November 21

10 a.m. - 12 noon - White Tara Empowerment by Drupon Samten

2 p.m. - 5 p.m. White Tara teaching and practice.

White Tara is described as being especially effective for long life and health.

Please join us if you can help with general work tasks at the center. Every bit helps and any assistance is deeply appreciated.

Saturday – October 24^th - 6:00pm General Volunteer Meeting

If you can come early on the 24^th, we would like to discuss ongoing volunteer opportunities to help keep the center running smoothly. We appreciate all the volunteer support that everyone has provided and continues to provide for the precious Dharma.

Saturday – October 24^th - 7:30pm Dharma Protectors practice

We invite everyone to join us for the continuation of the Dharma Protectors practice that Drupon Samtem Rinpoche has suggested we do on a regular basis during these times. Drupon feels that is an important practice for all that will help tremendously and also encourages everyone to engage in this practice.
